Review your choice

If you have already recorded your choice, you can review your record. There are two ways of doing that.

  1. By logging in with your DigiD. You will then get the information straight away.
  2. Get the Donorregister to retrieve the information for you. To do that, you can call us on 0900-821 21 66. We will ask  you some questions to check who you are. You will receive a confirmation of registration on the adress where you are registered in your municipality.

If you are already registered, doctors can find your choice in the Donorregister. You can change or delete your choice at any time you want.
